Huezo, Beales, and the Brothers Levitch debuted their joint venture Ancient Squid Media at the San Diego Comic-Con. The graphic novel publishers brought with them their first collected work, Stormcrow: Volume 1, and a Preview Book with concept art for several additional projects that Ancient Squid expects to produce.

Early interest in two of the preview projects -- “Water Fight” and “Broken Girls” -- will likely encourage the members to direct maximum efforts towards bringing those to full graphic novels as soon as possible.
